The safety, health and well-being of our patients has always been our top priority. Whether this is through the care we provide or the environment of our facility. Our internal policies and procedures have always exceeded federally mandated guidelines to protect our patients and staff. Our commitment to provide patients the safest care throughout this evolving situation is not something we take lightly. We always have and will continue to go above and beyond to ensure that we are exceeding the highest standard of care and customer service. Monitoring guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Virginia Department of Health (VDH) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
Please CALL the office prior to coming in if you have a fever, cough or have been exposed or think you may have been exposed to someone with coronavirus.
If your symptoms are mild and you are able to manage them at home, please stay home and practice self-quarantine for at least 3 days after your symptoms resolve.
We are screening EVERY patient. Please be prepared to provide specific details to our reception and medical staff when the ask.
- If you are a patient who has traveled outside the US within the last month
- Had contact with someone who traveled outside the US and was/is now sick
- Had contact with someone who was diagnosed with the novel coronavirus or the flu and/or are now experiencing any of the following symptoms: Temperature, Active Cough or Shortness of Breath.
If you answer yes, our providers will be informed and will take appropriate action to protect patients and staff.
We are encouraging the use of Telemedicine visits to help mitigate any potential exposure.
